These Terms of Service govern the use of BYRKi.dev and related projects, websites, applications, tools, APIs, dashboards or services operated by Lukas Stephanides. By using the services, you agree to these terms.
1. Provider

2. Use of the Services
You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, reverse engineer protected areas, overload infrastructure, or use the services for harmful, illegal, abusive or fraudulent activities.
3. Accounts and Authentication
Some services may require an account or login. Authentication may be provided through Google Firebase, third-party login providers, email/password login, Discord login or other supported methods. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.
4. Firebase and Third-Party Services
BYRKi.dev may use Google Firebase and related Google Cloud services for features such as authentication, hosting, databases, serverless functions, crash reporting, analytics, push notifications, file storage or security features. These external services may process technical and personal data as necessary to provide the service.
Additional third-party providers may be used for hosting, analytics, communication, payment processing, monitoring, email delivery or infrastructure. Their own terms and policies may apply where relevant.
5. User Content
If you upload, submit or create content through the services, you remain responsible for that content. You confirm that you have the required rights to provide it. BYRKi.dev may store, process and display user content only as necessary to operate the service, provide requested features, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the design, software, source code, branding, texts, graphics, interfaces and technical concepts of BYRKi.dev remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit protected parts of the services without prior permission.
7. Availability and Changes
The services are provided on a best-effort basis. BYRKi.dev may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the services at any time, especially for maintenance, security, technical improvements or legal reasons. No permanent availability is guaranteed.
8. Disclaimer
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". While reasonable care is taken, BYRKi.dev does not guarantee that the services will always be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or suitable for a specific purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BYRKi.dev is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, service interruptions or damages caused by misuse, third-party services, user error or events outside reasonable control. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
10. Termination
BYRKi.dev may restrict, suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms, misuse the services, threaten system security or engage in unlawful or harmful behavior.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Austrian law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules or other mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after changes means that you accept the updated terms, where legally permitted.
